Coverage of Delivery

Our E-Shop ship to addresses within Hong Kong & Macau including outlying islands (except PO Box addresses, Crooked Island (Kat O), Grass Island, Lo Wu, Mai Po, Man Kam To, Po Toi, Ta Kwu Ling, Tung Lung Chau, Tung Ping Chau, Warehouse, Logistics Center, Airport, Terminal, Wan Chai Convention and Exhibition Center, AsiaWorld-Expo, Closed areas in airport, Sha Tau Kok and Lok Ma Chau).

For deliveries outside of Hong Kong & Macau, please contact our customer service before making purchases.

 

Delivery Duration 

In normal circumstances, orders are shipped within 1-2 days after placed. Nevertheless, we endeavor to ship our orders as soon as we can whenever possible.

You may see our examples below for the approximate order lead time.

Remarks: Delivery to remote areas or outlying islands may require 1-2 additional working days where Macau 2-3 days.

 

Please note that we will process the orders on Mondays to Saturdays except Sundays and Public Holidays.
 

The estimated order arrival time only applies to usual days. It may take 2-3 extra working days to arrange for delivery during Sale Promotion.

 

Your order will usually be delivered on time, although delays may occasionally occur. Factors beyond our control may impact delivery time and these may include unforeseen impacts caused by our delivery partners and weather disturbances. Our company carries no liability in these cases and recommends that orders are placed as early as possible.

 

Track your Order

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please use the tracking number to locate your parcel on the courier website. Please note that you will not be able to track the delivery status until the day when you received your tracking number.

  

Courier Service

Our orders are sent via courier service provided by SF Express depends on the area and must be signed for upon delivery. If there is no one available to sign for a delivery, the parcel will be returned to the depot. The courier may contact you over the phone to arrange a re-delivery or pick up at depot at your convenience. Please note that your parcel will be available at the depot on the next 1-2 business days from the first delivery attempt.

 

 

Self-pickup Service – S.F. Stores and S.F. Express Service Centres

 

Self-pickup service at S.F. Stores and S.F. Express Service Centres is available upon selection in checkout page. You will receive SMS or phone notification from S.F. Express once the parcel is delivered to the service point. You can pick up the parcel at S.F. Stores or Service Centres upon verification. Please present SMS notification to the S.F. Service Points representative for parcels self-pickup at S.F. Service Points.

  

Shipping Cost

 

The shipping cost is HK$50 per order for the designated area. Free delivery will be applied automatically to your order in checkout when the purchase amount is over HK$500.

International shipping cost will be charged based on the area and volume of purchase. Please contact Customer Support for additional information.

 

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from our E-Shop (excluding sale items/ discounted sets), we offer an one-off free return and give you a full refund (except the shipping cost), or exchange for the same item in another size. For hygiene reason, we regret to advise that we do not accept return of all earrings products. 

 

You have to notify us within 7 days from the date of order arrival for processing the refund of the item. Therefore, you are suggested to contact our Customer Support about your return as soon as received the order. 

 

All returned goods will be inspected upon arrival at our appointed addresses. All items must be returned in resalable condition in original packaging and exchanged only one time per order. Returns that are not in original condition, outside of this time frame or unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.


Please note that return can only be processed through our E-Shop Customer Service. No exchanges or refunds are permitted for sale goods and promotional items. We currently do not process exchange for a different product.

 

 

Instructions for Return & Exchange

 

If you decide to return your item for a refund or exchange for another size, please contact our Customer Support first. 

 

For all return & exchange orders via our E-Shop, please follow these steps to organize your return: 

  1. Provide the following information: 
    • Order number & RMA Number
    • Item(s) to be returned
    • Reason for the return
  2. You will receive an email with the return instructions and a Return number given.
  3. Please fill out the return form we send to your e-mail address.
  4. Please pack the completed return form together with the item(s) in the original packaging in the parcel.
  5. If you have chosen to exchange, please send the item you wish to return to the following address within 14 days.

Please note that customer should bear the shipping cost for returning the item to us and be responsible for the safety of the delivery.

 

Upon receipt of the return and confirmation of its original condition, we will promptly process your refund or exchange. If you choose refund, we will credit your original credit card of payment within 10 working days. If you would like to exchange, we will deliver the new item to the address of your original order within 7 working days.

 

You will be notified by email when we received your return and also after the refund or exchange has been processed.

 

Please note that the actual time for the refund to be shown in your account of the same credit card used for placing the order will be depending on your card issuing bank. Please contact your bank directly for further details.

 
Pricing difference

 

As a retail business our prices change in response to trends, stock and demand from the consumer. As such we are not able to refund the difference.
